Any idea what the heck this is and how to propagate it? Thanks!

It's doing great in my tank.

Looks like Hygrophila corymbosa

Pretty easy plant to grow with moderate to high light. Grow it outdoors in a shallow container for a special treat. The emersed stems will become woody and the tops will flower.

The stems, in your aquarium, will start to show internodal roots once they get taller. The propogate, just snip the stem about 3/4 of an inch above a leaf node, making sure you leave roots on the new cutting. Plant and enjoy.
