Post subject:  wtb floating plants!

Hi friends!

I have a nano tank and I'm looking to fix it up with some floating plants. Specifically, I'm looking for red root floater, dwarf water lettuce, duckweed, and maybe some water hyacinth. I'm also hot for some Anubias nana petite, too!

I'm a Boston local live in JP, work in the south end) so I am able to buy and pick up within the city. I'd also like to make the January meeting my very first, so I can pick up then, too.

I think Uncle Ned's in Millis has lots of dwarf water lettuce and nana petite. TONS of duckweed available.
red root floater (philantus fluitans) - I haven't seen that in a store in decades.
For a while it was common (or a pest) in the club (thanks Alan ) but not in a few years.

MIllis is a bit far out for me, though. I live in Jamaica Plain and I don't own a vehicle :(

gotcha.
Hopefully Steve will bring some water lettuce to the next meeting auction -- he brings it most months.
If I get there this month I will try to bring some (evil vile noxic foul pest ) duckweed from one of my tanks that it has infested (can you tell I'm not a fan ? )
