Hello,
I have a pair or two of young Aph. australe "BSWG 97/24" available for sale or trade (for other interesting killies) at the next BAS meeting. This is a chocolate form of Aph. australe and is a wild form. My fish are descendants of ones collected in 1997 and which I got at the CKA auction in 1999. Trades for other killies will be given priority over sales (in event of sales it is "cash only, no checks etc.").

I also have eggs of Fundulapanchax gardneri "Misaje" (an uncommon form) if anyone might be interested - $6 per 12+ eggs. Again pickup at the BAS meeting only and eggs are on a first come, first served basis. Sales to BAS members and members of affiliated aquarium societies ONLY !

Here is a link to what this gardneri looks like ----> http://www.aka.org/sks/sks/pages/kcc_GAR.html

I also have young of Aplo. lineatus "red" coming up...these are from a German import of 2000 mixed with wild fish obtained in 2003. I have been maintaining this strain for more than 10 years and breed for the best red males.

Fish and eggs available at the BAS meeting only. Due to the cold weather, if the BAS meeting is postponed or cancelled, they "might" be available the following month.

Cheers,

Tony

Hi Rich,
sure, I'll get them to you for the next meeting if the weather isn't too bad - I have them spawning in mops and then I put eggs in peat. I have them in water right now if you like. I'll get you as many eggs as I can.

Are you still looking for a male red eyed red sword ?? I might have a male for you. I am waiting for one of my lyretails to drop fry in a few days :-) - I have some sailfin fry (red eyed reds) coming up also but the drop was small.

All the best,

Tony

Hi Wai,
I have lyretails (the one that got best in show at the TFSRI show last year was my lyretail) as well as normal red eyed red swords from same strain. But I have very few regular males now (just 2 good ones, so I'm holding on to them), as I've been selling them. I have some very young fry (born last week) coming along so I hope for a little luck later this year and I'll have more males (with sailfins too).

All the best,

Tony

Hi Wai,
sent you an email this evening to your email address - while I don't have any extra males, I could get you a female or 3. So drop me a line and let me know.

Thanks !

Tony
