The New England Aquatic Plant Society is going to be putting on a planted tank setup demo at Uncle Ned's Fish Factory on March 18th starting at 1pm.
Quote:
NEAPS will be setting up a 90 gallon planted tank with all the gadgets, driftwood, rocks, etc. We'll be fielding questions throughout the demonstration and will provide direction on aquascaping techniques from a number of advanced planted tank enthusiasts. If you've ever wanted to see what is involved in putting together a high tech tank, drop by for the setup. We'll be discussing the basics including substrate choice, lighting, injected CO2 supplementation, driftwood and rockscaping, proper plant placement, and aquascaping hints.
