I picked up a pair of these at the NEC convention in march. I'm waiting, and waiting, and waiting for the female to drop the fry she is obviously carrying. She is huge! So large I'm nervous she might explode. The babies are supposed to be big like ameca splendons. Hope she drops soon.

She must have dropped them by now. I do not know how big huge is to you but my female dropped several and the largest was only 1/2 an inch.
BTW is this a breeding colony? I am in need of a male. I got 4 Fish from the NEC last month and lost a female and the only male within a day of putting them into their new home. And of course all the fry ended up being female. Horray!!! Colony of 7 females in a 20g long.
