February 2025 Monthly Meeting: NEAq Tour

The February 17, 2025 meeting will be the Al Faul Memorial New England Aquarium Tour

Unlike our regular meetings, this meeting is only open to BAS members (membership dues must be paid/current), or members of aquarium clubs that are part of the NEC (Northeast Council of Aquarium Societies). Members of NEC clubs: please bring your current membership card or any other proof of current membership.

Those who wish to join us on the tour and are not currently members can register for membership on our website, or may fill out an application in person. (Unsure of if you are a current member? Check your email, as the meeting reminder notification email sent this month includes your membership status.)

• Arrive at 7:30pm to Check in with Donna (Membership Chair)
• Tour will be from 8:00pm to 9:30pm    NO LATER

This meeting will be a tour only and items may not be brought into the exhibit space; do not bring any live fish or aquarium supplies.

If you are driving, street meters are free after 8:00PM. If you set your GPS for 35 India Street, there are always many empty spots. Paid parking is available nearby in the Boston Harbor Garage. If you are taking the MBTA, take the Blue line to Aquarium.

Upcoming Events

Our March meeting will be a talk on axolotls.

The subject of our April meeting will be Preparing for a swap meet, auction, or online sales: how to bag and transport fish. We will have small kits of supplies that members will be able to take home.
