Growing Water Plants In Containers: May 2025 Monthly Meeting

On May 19th, Rick Burt will be giving a talk on Growing Water Plants In Containers, with a emphasis on lotus and waterlilies.  Rick has been growing water plants for the last 20 years, and has been  keeping fish for most of his life.

He was the past president and vice president of the Tropical Fish Society of RI.
Rick will be bringing lotus tubers and other water plants to the meeting to enter in our usual 50/50 auction.

As a reminder, our meeting location at the Aquarium has moved from the cafe to the Simons IMAX Theatre; look for the BAS sign when as you are walking up to the front door. Please feel free to bring in refreshments to share.

As a reminder, there is always plenty of street parking in the area especially along India Street (set your GPS for 35 India Street). Paid parking is available nearby in the Boston Harbor Garage. If you are taking the MBTA, take the Blue line to Aquarium.
